Star Meadows Academy
Lives careening out of control are seldom focused academically. During the destructive months or years prior to coming to Hope Ranch/Star Meadows Academy, most of our students have faltered academically. The reconstruction process focuses on helping them achieve academic success through an individualized educational curriculum under the guidance and supervision of certified teachers.

Each student is required to continue with her education to progress through the program. Whether planning to attend college, pursue vocational training, or to enter the work force, each student attends classes and works towards receiving a high school diploma.
Individual Goals for Growth and Healing
Each girl’s level of education and academic progress is assessed when she enters Star Meadows Academy and is continually tracked during her stay at Hope Ranch.
A multi-disciplinary treatment team of education, life skills, and counseling professionals evaluates each new resident. Individualized educational goals are developed from the team’s evaluation. It monitors the student’s progress, guides her through the program to graduation, and directs her return to independent living.
Accreditation
Star Meadows Academy is accredited through Northwest Association of Accredited Schools and serves grades 7-12 with professional educators certified in the state of Montana. Our education program is individualized to meet the learning styles and needs of each student and reach them at their individual ability. All learning outcomes are consistent with the academic goals established by the state of Montana and the U. S. Department of Education. Students achieving these academic standards earn high school diplomas.
Flexible in its design, Star Meadows Academy is able to accommodate the academic ability, skill level and learning style of each student. Within an individually tailored framework, teachers and counselors develop a flexible program that meets the learning needs of each student and encourages academic success. Achievement is measured by both the quality of class work and test performance rather than by undifferentiated national standardized methods.
Tuition
The tuition for Star Meadows Academy is included in the $5200 monthly tuition for Hope Ranch and its "Journey" program.
